Adonis Georgiadis
Minister of Development and Investment
Γεννήθηκε στις 6 Νοεμβρίου του 1972, στην Αθήνα. Είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Ιστορίας και Αρχαιολογίας της Φιλοσοφικής Σχολής Αθηνών. Από το 1993 και μετά το θάνατο των γονέων του, αναλαμβάνει τη διεύθυνση των εκδόσεων «ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑΔΗΣ-ΒΙΒΛΙΟΘΗΚΗ ΤΩΝ ΕΛΛΗΝΩΝ». Το 1994 ίδρυσε το Κέντρο Ελευθέρων Σπουδών «ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΑΓΩΓΗ».
Στις 22 Ιουνίου 2009 παντρεύτηκε την Ευγενία Μανωλίδου, με την οποία έχουν αποκτήσει δύο γιους, τον Αθανάσιο-Περσέα (2005) και τον Αναστάσιο-Αλκαίο (2014).
Από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2003 έως τον Αύγουστο του 2007 υπήρξε Εκπρόσωπος Τύπου του ΛΑ.Ο.Σ. Στις Εθνικές Εκλογές του 2007, κατέλαβε την πρώτη θέση στην Β’ εκλογική περιφέρεια των Αθηνών. Στις Εθνικές Εκλογές του 2009 επανεκλέγεται στην Β’ Αθηνών με τον ΛΑ.Ο.Σ.
Στις 11 Νοεμβρίου 2011 τοποθετήθηκε Υφυπουργός Ανάπτυξης με αρμοδιότητα την ναυτιλία και την αλιεία στην Κυβέρνηση του κ. Λουκά Παπαδήμου. Στις 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2012 παραιτήθηκε από το κυβερνητικό του αξίωμα και στις 17 Φεβρουαρίου προσχώρησε στη Νέα Δημοκρατία, έχοντας παραιτηθεί από τη βουλευτική του έδρα.
Στις Εθνικές Εκλογές του Ιουνίου 2012 εξελέγη βουλευτής με τη Νέα Δημοκρατία στην Β΄ περιφέρεια Αθηνών. Στις 25 Ιουνίου 2013 τοποθετήθηκε Υπουργός Υγείας στην Κυβέρνηση του κ. Αντώνη Σαμαρά και περίπου έναν χρόνο μετά, κοινοβουλευτικός εκπρόσωπος της ΝΔ.
Στις Εθνικές Εκλογές της 25ης Ιανουαρίου 2015 εξελέγη βουλευτής της Νέας Δημοκρατίας στην Β΄ περιφέρεια Αθηνών, με 73,959 ψήφους. Στις Εθνικές Εκλογές της 20ης Σεπτεμβρίου 2015 εξελέγη βουλευτής με τη Νέα Δημοκρατία στην Β΄ περιφέρεια Αθηνών.
Στις 28 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015, ο Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης ανακοίνωσε την υποψηφιότητα του για την Προεδρία της Νέας Δημοκρατίας. Στις 22 Δεκεμβρίου πραγματοποιήθηκε ο πρώτος γύρος των εσωκομματικών εκλογών, στον οποίο ο Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης συγκέντρωσε 46.065 ψήφους που αναλογεί στο 11,4%.
Στις 18 Ιανουαρίου 2016, με απόφαση του Προέδρου της Νέας Δημοκρατίας κ. Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη, ορίστηκε ένας εκ των δύο Αντιπροέδρων της Νέας Δημοκρατίας με αντικείμενο τον έλεγχο του κοινοβουλευτικού έργου.
Στις 9 Ιουλίου 2019, ο Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης ορκίστηκε Υπουργός Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων στην Κυβέρνηση του Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη.

Γεννήθηκε στο Ρέθυμνο Κρήτης, το 1965. Σπούδασε στη Νομική Σχολή του Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια έκανε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Πολιτική Επικοινωνία στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Κεντ.

Από το 2007 έως σήμερα είναι μέλος του Εθνικού Κοινοβουλίου, εκλεγμένος στη Β’ εκλογική περιφέρεια Αθηνών με τη Νέα Δημοκρατία.
Πολιτικές / Κοινωνικές Δραστηριότητες:
Από τον Ιούνιο του 2012 μέχρι τον Ιούνιο του 2013 ήταν Υπουργός Ανάπτυξης, Ανταγωνιστικότητας, Υποδομών, Μεταφορών και Δικτύων. Από τον Ιούνιο του 2013 μέχρι τον Ιούνιο του 2014 ήταν Υπουργός Ανάπτυξης και Ανταγωνιστικότητας.
Την περίοδο 2007-2009 διετέλεσε Υπουργός Μεταφορών και Επικοινωνιών και Υπουργός Ανάπτυξης.
Από το 1994 έως το 2007 εκλέγονταν ανελλιπώς ευρωβουλευτής με τη Νέα Δημοκρατία. Κατά τη διάρκεια της θητείας του στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο διετέλεσε Πρόεδρος της Επιτροπής Μεταφορών και Περιφερειακής Πολιτικής για δυόμισι χρόνια και Κοινοβουλευτικός Εκπρόσωπος του Ευρωπαϊκού Λαϊκού Κόμματος για τα ίδια θέματα.
Έχει διατελέσει Γραμματέας της ΔΑΠ – ΝΔΦΚ και Πρόεδρος της ΟΝΝΕΔ.

Kyriakos Pierrakakis
Kyriakos Pierrakakis is the Minister of State and Digital Governance in the Cabinet of Kyriakos Mitsotakis. He is a Greek computer and political scientist and politician. In 2007 he earned a Master in Public Policy from John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and in 2009 he earned a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from MIT. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Athens University of Economics and Business. He served as Director of Research at Dianeosis, an independent non-profit think tank. He produced an array of research papers with a strong focus on economic growth and understanding the prevailing perceptions and beliefs among Greeks.
He has also worked on technology policy for various research institutes in Greece and abroad and headed Youth Foundation as president. He was born on 1983 in Athens. He is married with three children.
He speaks English and French.

Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα στις 12/12/1974. Έχει καταγωγή από τις Σέρρες. Είναι παντρεμένος με τη Μιράντα Μιχαλοπούλου-Καραμανλή με την οποία έχουν τρία παιδιά, την Αναΐς-Νίκη, την Άρια και τον Αχιλλέα.
Οικονομολόγος – Σύμβουλος Επιχειρήσεων.
Σπούδασε Ιστορία και Οικονομικά στο Hamilton College της Νέας Υόρκης και, στη συνέχεια, αποφοίτησε από τη σχολή μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών Διεθνών Σχέσεων Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy του Tufts University στη Βοστόνη.
Κοινοβουλευτικές Δραστηριότητες:
Εξελέγη πρώτος βουλευτής του Ν. Σερρών στις εκλογές του 2015, όταν διεκδίκησε για πρώτη φορά το σταυρό των συμπολιτών του, κι επανεξελέγη – πάλι πρώτος – στις εκλογές της 7ης Ιουλίου 2019.
Στο ψηφοδέλτιο της Νέας Δημοκρατίας στο Ν. Σερρών συμμετείχε συμβολικά και στις εκλογές του Ιουνίου 2012, στη μη εκλόγιμη τελευταία τιμητική θέση.
Την περίοδο Ιανουάριος 2016 – Ιούνιος 2019 διετέλεσε Τομεάρχης Υποδομών και Μεταφορών της Νέας Δημοκρατίας.
Στις 9 Ιουλίου 2019 ορκίστηκε Υπουργός Υποδομών και Μεταφορών.
Πολιτικές / Κοινωνικές Δραστηριότητες:
Υπηρέτησε, ως έφεδρος αξιωματικός στα τεθωρακισμένα, στρατιωτική θητεία 24 μηνών πολλοί εκ των οποίων στην 25η Ταξιαρχία Τεθωρακισμένων Ξάνθης. Αποστρατεύθηκε με το βαθμό του ανθυπολοχαγού.
Πριν ασχοληθεί με την πολιτική, ανέπτυξε έντονη επαγγελματική δραστηριότητα:
Από το 2002 ως το 2004 εργάστηκε στην ελβετική τράπεζα επενδύσεων UBS Warburg στο Λονδίνο.
Τα τελευταία δέκα χρόνια, και μέχρι την εκλογή του, εργαζόταν ως διευθυντικό στέλεχος σε ποντοπόρο ναυτιλιακή επιχείρηση με έδρα τον Πειραιά.
Είναι μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και υπεύθυνος Διεθνών Σχέσεων του Ιδρύματος «Κωνσταντίνος Γ. Καραμανλής».
Παράλληλα, είναι μέλος του Διεθνούς Συμβουλίου των Επιτρόπων της Σχολής Fletcher.

Dr Lazarakou is the Chair of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (HCMC). She has a Doctorate in Law (JSD) from New York University School of Law, New York, U.S.A. and her Doctoral thesis was on “Greek privatizations in International Perspective”. She also has an LLM in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law and Bachelor in Law from the Athens University, School of Law. She is a lawyer admitted at both the Athens Bar and the New York Bar Association with expertise on capital markets, M&As, privatizations, corporate and commercial law and other similar issues. She has worked for more than 20 years as a Partner at several law firms and for more than 10 years she was heading the relevant Banking, Capital Markets and Finance Department of such Firms. From September 2012 until December 2015 she was also a First Vice-Chair of the HCMC and an alternate member of BoS.

Aziz is the founder of Brook Lane Capital, a real estate and credit focused investment firm with strong presence in Greece. Before setting up Brook Lane Capital, he was a partner at Spinnaker Capital in London where, for 10 years, he led more than $2Bn transactions covering structured credit, high yield, distressed debt, restructurings, special situation liquid equities and sovereign special sits. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in London where he was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions execution team and then the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team working on transactions in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Germany. In 2005, he was part of building the Morgan Stanley Principal Investments team in Europe, a proprietary special situations fund with $4Βn of on-balance sheet capital. He graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris with a Grande Ecole Diploma. Prior to that, he received a law degree from Saint Joseph University and a BS in Business Accounting from the Lebanese American University in Beirut

Nicola Battilana
Nicola Battilana is the new Chief Executive Officer of DESFA, the Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator.
Born near Genoa, Italy, in 1967, he graduated – after college in Nautical School – in Electrical Engineering at Genoa University.
After a few collaborations within the university and a period in the Italian Navy, he joined Snam in 1995, where he worked for 3 years in the technical area.
After a diversified professional path in the operations area, that led him through LNG terminal and gas network maintenance to pipeline construction, with several assignments of increasing responsibility, he was appointed in 2009 Network Development VP and in 2010 Network Dispatching and Balancing VP.
In 2013 he started up as SVP of the Technical Division, with the aim of promoting operational excellence and granting technical support in the then starting foreign asset acquisition process.
In October 2015, he was appointed CEO of TAG Gmbh, the Austrian company owned by Snam (85%) and Gas Connect Austria (15%) that owns and operates the Trans Austria Pipeline, the strategic transit infrastructure transporting ca. 40% of the Italian annual natural gas demand through Austria.
Before his new assignment as CEO of DESFA, he was managing, since September 2018, Snam’s activities in Greece and the Balkans, including the opening of a representative office in Athens.

He has participated – as a researcher and engineer – in a number of studies covering the full spectrum of Technical Projects with specialisation in Environmental Impact Studies. He also participated in a large number of projects and constructions, either as a supervising engineer or in the preparation of measurements and certifications, providing integrated project management services for Private and Public Entities (preparation, submission, implementation and monitoring) that are included and funded by European and National Programs.
He is a member of the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Technical Chamber of Greece, while he has been a member of the BoD of the Hellenic Society of Civil Engineers (treasurer, secretary), as well as a full member of the Technical Board of ERGOSE. He was still a member of the BoD of Building Infrastructures (KTYP) with the responsibility for dealing with natural disasters and pre-earthquake inspection of school buildings, as well as a member of the BoD of the Youth Institute of the General Secretariat for Youth with a view to developing the Institute’s policies.

Yiannis ‘s work experience expands from top managerial role (CEO) and board membership (Chairman of the BoD) in one of the largest electric utility companies (ADMIE) to several managerial roles in Multinational and Greek companies ((Shell, Petros Petropoulos). Also, through his career and academic background, he has focused and developed in-depth knowledge and expertise in the energy industry.
In June 2013, he was appointed as CEO and Chairman of the Board of ADMIE (IPTO) in order to drive the Ownership Unbundling and Privatization project.
Before his assignment to ADMIE and he worked for more than 27 year for Oil companies, in several roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement.
Between Jan 2010 – June 2013, served as Shell Marine Supply Chain and Supply & Logistics manager for Shell BU in Petros Petropoulos AEBE (successor of Shell Lubricants business of Shell Hellas).
From March of 1986 to Dec of 2010 he worked for Shell companies (Shell Hellas, Shell International Petroleum Company, Shell Europe Oil Products), in different managerial roles in the areas of Contracting and Procurement , Supply Chain, Production Operations, HSSE and Quality (assurance and Control).
He was member of the Greek National Energy Committee, Member of ENTSO-e General Assembly and MED-TSO GA. Before these memberships he was member of the National Committee for Logistics and Supply Chain.
Yiannis holds a Bachelor degree in Petroleum Chemistry and he has also a MSc in Sustainable Development.

Previously, Mr. Manousakis was the CEO of OTE Rural North and South, having held various positions of responsibility in the Greek Telecommunications Company, where he played an instrumental role in the design of cutting-edge telecommunication services. He was appointed Secretary General of the Hellenic Ministry of Economy (2015), as well as a Director at Black Sea Trade and Development Bank for the same period.
Mr Manousakis holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has also academic experience having been a lecturer at the University of Piraeus. His career combines business development leadership and complex project management with country strategic planning.

Prior to joining Eldorado, Christos was the General Manager of the Athens Natural Gas Supply & Distribution Company, a position he held since 2009. Christos has over 25 years of experience in the Downstream Oil & Gas sector mostly with the Royal Dutch Shell Group of companies and BG Group where he held various managerial positions in Greece and in the UK.
Christos is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer by training from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and an MBA in Engineering Management from Cass Business School, City, University of London.

He is a graduate of the Department of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete (TUC) and is specialized in Operational Research. He has been a Research Associate to the Cognitive Ergonomics and Industrial Safety Laboratory (2003-2007) and to the Management Systems Laboratory of the TUC (2001-2003).
Mr. Xifaras has extended experience as a researcher and business consultant and in leadership positions in both private and public sector organizations. He has served as Special Advisor to the Leadership of the Ministries of Development (2005-2006) and the Environment, Energy and Climate Change (2013). He has also served as Director of the Office of the Deputy Minister of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, competent for the management of the implementation and the funds absorption of NSRF 2007-2013, as well as, the design of the new Programming Period 2014-2020.
Later that year, he was appointed CEO of the Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator, DESFA SA. Under his leadership, DESFA has demonstrated significant achievements in the fields of economic efficiency, while achieving the implementation of a series of projects for the development and upgrading of the Natural Gas Transmission Network and the LNG facility in Revithoussa.
Mr. Xifaras is the Alternate General Secretary of the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Secretary of the Greece National Committee in the World Energy Council (WEC), as well as the Greek National Representative in the WEC. He has also served as Vice President of the Hellenic Association of Production Engineering and Management.

As of 2012, he is also the Vice Chairman of TERNA ENERGY where he had held the position of the Chairman from 1999 to 2012.
Moreover, Mr. Perdikaris has served as the Executive Director of TERNA S.A. (2017-2019), the General Technical Manager (2017 -2019) as well as member of TERNA’S BoD from 2010 to 2019.
He was born in Lefkada in 1959 and he holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
He began his professional career in 1985 as an engineer at E.T.K.A. (now TERNA ENERGY S.A.) while he has also worked as construction manager as well as the Project Director in significant infrastructure and building projects.

He is also the Chairman of TERNA ENERGY, a pioneer player in the development of the RES Industry in Europe, with a strong portfolio of technologies and geographical exposure across Europe and the USA.
Born in Athens, Greece in 1957, he received his degree in Civil Engineering in 1980 from the National Technical University of Athens.
His professional involvement with TERNA S.A. began in 1981.
From 1982 through 1984 Mr. Peristeris was the Construction Director of major construction projects. In 1984 he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TERNA S.A.

Prior to setting up Energean, Mr. Rigas spent 18 years in investment banking and has experience in Private Equity investments in oil & gas, project finance and shipping. Between 2001 and 2007 Mr. Rigas set up, and became the Managing Partner of, Capital Connect Venture Partners, a Greek investment fund. From 1999 until 2001, Mr. Rigas managed Piraeus Bank’s Shipping Investment Banking division.

He was the transferred to Mobil Oil International in London and Madrid where he assumed posts in supply and trading.
In 1997 he moved to BP International, based in Brussels to work on the European restructuring of the company.
He returned in Greece as General Commercial Sales Manager for BP Greece (2000 – 2002) to then once more resume his international career within BP’s European supply chain till 2007.
As of June 2007, he works in Copelouzos Group initially as New Projects Manager and currently as Group Energy Director in the sector of Oil and Gas. He also manages the Alexandroupolis LNG Terminal Project, under development by Gastrade.
