He was born in Rethymno, Crete, in 1965.
He is a member of the Greek Parliament since 2007.

Kyriakos Pierrakakis
Minister of Economy and Finance of the Hellenic Republic
Kyriakos Pierrakakis serves as Minister of Economy and Finance of the Hellenic Republic in the Cabinet of Kyriakos Mitsotakis since March 2025. He is also a Member of the Hellenic Parliament.
From 2023 to 2025, Pierrakakis served as Minister of Education, Religious Affairs, and Sports, where he led major legislative reforms to modernize Greece's education system. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, he served as the country's Minister of Digital Governance, spearheading Greece's digital transformation, during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was appointed Chair of the OECD’s Global Strategy Group Meeting in 2021, a role he was re-appointed to in 2024. In this capacity, he led a forum of senior officials working to shape the organization's strategic response to global challenges and fostered cooperation among OECD member states.
Prior to his ministerial appointments, Pierrakakis was the Director of Research at the independent non-profit think tank diaNEOsis. Kyriakos Pierrakakis holds a Master of Science in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (2009), a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government (2007), and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Born in 1983 in Athens, Kyriakos Pierrakakis is married with three children. He speaks English and French.

Christos Dimas
Christos Dimas is a lawyer and a Member of the Hellenic Parliament with Nea Demokratia, representing the district of Corinthia. He was born on 29 May 1980. He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as from Queen Mary University of London. He obtained his Master's degree in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
He also completed his PhD in European Politics from LSE, with a scholarship from the Alexander Onassis Public Benefit Foundation. The title of his PhD thesis is: "National institutional contexts and domestic discourse during proposed transformative policy change. The case of the telecoms' privatization in Greece and the Republic of Ireland."
In parallel to his studies, he worked as a London correspondent for the newspaper “Apogevmatini” and did a journalism internship at the BBC.
At the age of 25, he was an assistant lecturer at LSE, teaching first-year students the course "Introduction to Comparative Politics". He has also taught the course "Mass Media and Social Regulation" at ICON College, University of Leicester to postgraduate students and was a research fellow at the Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence. He has scientific publications in Greek and international scientific journals.
Before entering politics, he worked in the private sector as a business consultant for "The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)", a strategic consulting firm.
He was elected as Member of Hellenic Parliament for Corinthia with New Democracy in the May and June 2012 elections, and has been continuously elected since then.
- From July 2019 to May 2023, he served as Deputy Minister of Development and Investments, responsible for Research & Innovation.
- From June 2023 to June 2024, he was Deputy Minister of Culture, responsible for Contemporary Culture.
- From June 2024, he was Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance.
- From March 2025 until today, by decision of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, he has been Minister of Infrastructure and Transport.
In his spare time, he plays football and basketball, and reads history books.
He is married to lawyer Nikoleta Syrengela and they have a daughter, Alkisti - Stefania and a son, Stavros – Konstantinos.

Panagiotis (Takis) Dimitriou Theodorikakos is Minister of Development and Member of Hellenic Parliament of Athens B3 Constituency (South).
He was elected in the 2023 national elections with 47.300 votes and was ranked second.
He was Strategy and Communication Advisor to the President of ND since October 2015 and Coordinator of Strategic Planning and Communication of the party, from October 2016 until the victorious election contests of May and July 2019 when he was elected as Member of State of the ND.
- In July 2019, he was appointed by the Prime Minister Mr Kyriakos Mitsotakis as Minister of the Interior.
- In August 2021 he was appointed by the Prime Minister Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis as Minister of Citizen Protection.
- In June 2024 he was appointed by the Prime Minister Mr Kyriakos Mitsotakis as Minister of Development.
- He has a long professional career as Political researcher and analyst and Strategy Advisor.
- PhD in Public Policies at the University of Peloponnese where he taught at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences till June 2019.
- He was a scientific partner and president of the company GPO SA, from 2000 to 2016. He has presented important social and political research in Greece and abroad at scientific conferences, workshop and mass media.
Graduated from the Pedagogical Department of EKPA. He completed his Master's studies at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of EKPA in political science and sociology specializing in electoral sociology.
He graduated from the High School of the Ionidios Standard School.

Dimitris Papastergiou was born in 1973 in Trikala.
He graduated from the Polycladic Lyceum of Trikala and the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA (National Technical University of Athens). At the same time, he attended journalism courses, while he maintains strong ties with technology and the internet, a relationship that was strengthened at the Multimedia Laboratory of NTUA.
In 2001 he built and presented, together with a group of his colleagues, the first integrated website for the Prefecture of Trikala, 3kala.gr.
Since 2002 he has been practicing the profession of Electrical and Computer Engineer in the city of Trikala. He was involved in studies and construction of private electromechanical projects and the creation of software programs. In 2007 he entered the field of renewable energy and has constructed more than 300 private renewable energy projects.
His involvement in the community began in 2002, with his election to the City Council. He was re-elected in 2006, and in 2014 he was elected Mayor of Trikkaion and member of the Board of Directors of KEDE. He was re-elected Mayor in 2019 and, in the same year, he was elected President of the KEDE.
He is married to the engineer Soula Brakis and is the happy father of Faye, Kostas and Nikos.
From June 2023, he is Minister of Digital Governance in the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

Konstantinos Kyranakis (born 19/4/1987) is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens with a postgraduate degree in strategic communication from the American College of Greece. He has worked as a freelancer in the field of digital marketing, website and application development.
He was a co-founder of the BrainGain initiative for the return of young people to Greece.
He served as President of the Youth of the European People's Party from May 2013 to May 2017.
In January 2017, the international magazine Forbes selected him among the 30 most influential people under 30 in Europe, in the Law & Policy category.
In the 2019 parliamentary elections, he was elected for the first time as a member of parliament in the Southern Sector of Athens B and was re-elected in the elections of June 25, 2023.
He served as Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, while since March 15, 2025 he has assumed the duties of Deputy Minister of Transport.

Mr. Fokion Karavias holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Eurobank S.A. as well as at Eurobank Ergasias Services & Holdings S.A., and he is member of their Board of Directors.
Mr. Karavias joined Eurobank in 1997 and served, inter alia, as Senior General Manager, Group Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets & Wealth Management and Executive Committee Member (2014-2015), General Manager and Executive Committee Member (2005-2013), Deputy General Manager and Treasurer (2002-2005), Head of fixed income and derivative product trading (1997).
He started his career in banking in 1991, at JP Morgan, in New York, in the Market Risk Management Division. In 1994, he joined Citibank, in Athens, responsible for derivatives and fixed income business in Greece. In 2000, he became Treasurer at Telesis Investment Bank.
He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Association (HBA), Member of the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and Honorary Member of The Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).
He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, a Master’s and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He has published several articles on economic and banking topics, as well as papers related to his academic research. He was born in Athens in 1964.
